Detailed responsibilities:
The Assessment Consultant will assist the SELECT Project in planning, implementing, and monitoring assessment-related initiatives. Responsibilities include supporting large-scale student assessments, reviewing educational data, analyzing learning outcomes, preparing technical reports, and providing recommendations for policy improvements.
Eligibility & Requirements:
- Master's degree from an HEC-recognized university.
- Qualification in Education, Educational Assessment, Public Policy, Social Sciences, Statistics, Development Studies, or a related discipline.
- Relevant professional experience in educational assessments and evaluation.
- Experience with large-scale learning assessments and educational research.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of educational data management and monitoring systems.
- Experience working with government projects, donor-funded programs, or development sector initiatives will be preferred.
- Proficiency in computer applications and report preparation.
