Detailed responsibilities:
Engineers will be responsible for conducting thorough evaluations and validations of PSDP projects. This includes reviewing PC-1 documents, technical specifications, and project reports to ensure compliance with approved designs. Selected personnel will monitor project implementation, assess quality and quantity benchmarks, and assist in reporting key findings. All tasks must adhere to CMIT standards, and engineers must maintain confidentiality of findings. They will also coordinate with multiple departments and ensure proper documentation of all validation activities.
Eligibility & Requirements:
- Must possess a relevant Engineering degree (Civil, Electrical, or Water Resources).
- Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience for mid-level positions; 15 years for Team Lead/Senior Engineers.
- Experience in public sector projects or TPV oversight is preferred.
- Candidates should have practical experience in project monitoring and validation.
- Age limit up to 65 years for applicants.
- Must be capable of working independently with responsibility for transport, field equipment, and office setup.

Job Positions:

- Civil Engineer / Mid-Level (Buildings & Infrastructure): Responsible for validation of building and infrastructure projects, with at least 5 years post-qualification experience.
- Civil Engineer / Mid-Level (Roads & Allied Infrastructure): Focuses on roads, bridges, and highways, including monitoring and implementation oversight. Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience.
- Civil Engineer / Mid-Level (Irrigation & Water Resources): Monitors water sector projects with 5 years relevant experience and familiarity with sectoral technical requirements.
- Electrical / Electronics Engineer (Energy Sector): Oversees energy sector projects, with 5 years post-qualification experience and practical knowledge of project monitoring.
