Detailed responsibilities:
The selected candidate will oversee the validation and processing of all financial and non-financial requests from customers. They will manage the CBC for BANCA Insurance and ensure that all team members follow defined productivity parameters. A key responsibility includes monitoring CCTV access to review and retrieve recordings as needed. The role also involves communicating bank policies, processes, product initiatives, and promotions to the team while ensuring timely compliance. Regular review sessions with team members based on correspondence and call evaluations are part of the responsibilities.
Eligibility & Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a recognized local or foreign university
- At least 9 to 12 years of relevant experience in banking
- Preference given to candidates with 5 years of direct banking experience
- Age limit up to 55 years
